Chad Fleming, OD, FAAOFounder / CEO
Dr. Fleming graduated from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2002. Upon graduating he went into private practice and is now CEO of a 9 doctor 5-location practice, Wichita Optometry, in Wichita, KS.
Along with practicing optometry, Dr. Fleming has worked as a consultant for Rev360, illuma, Weave, JJVC, iMatrix, SolutionReach, AOAExcel, Zeiss-Meditec, and he is the founder of OptometryCEO and Partners In Profit. He has been featured in numerous professional journals and The Wall Street Journal. When Dr. Fleming is not involved in optometry he spends time with his wife of 24 years and their 3 children.
Ryan Hiesterman, ODVP Professional Development
Dr. Hiesterman earned his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University before graduating from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in 2003. He started his first practice cold in the fall of 2004 after working for one year as an associate optometrist. He is now CEO of a 9 location practice with offices in Kansas and Missouri. Dr. Hiesterman is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kansas Optometric Association. Dr. Hiesterman and his wife have 4 children. He most enjoys spending time with his family but also enjoys most outdoor activities, hunting and fishing being two of his favorites.
Daniel GoldakVP of Operations
Daniel manages the behind-the-scenes of Partners in Profit. He graduated from Wichita State University with a Management Information Systems degree, with a passion for both business and technology. He specializes in customer support, website development and online business. When he’s not working he’s spending time with his wife and two boys.
