Chad Fleming, OD, FAAOFounder / CEO
Dr. Fleming graduated from Northeastern State University Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2002. Upon graduating he went into private practice and is now CEO of a 9 doctor 5-location practice, Wichita Optometry, in Wichita, KS.
Along with practicing optometry, Dr. Fleming has worked as a consultant for Rev360, illuma, Weave, JJVC, iMatrix, SolutionReach, AOAExcel, Zeiss-Meditec, and he is the founder of OptometryCEO and Partners In Profit. He has been featured in numerous professional journals and The Wall Street Journal. When Dr. Fleming is not involved in optometry he spends time with his wife of 24 years and their 3 children.
Ryan Hiesterman, ODVP Professional Development
Dr. Hiesterman earned his Bachelor of Science from Kansas State University before graduating from Northeastern State University College of Optometry in 2003. He started his first practice cold in the fall of 2004 after working for one year as an associate optometrist. He is now CEO of a 9 location practice with offices in Kansas and Missouri. Dr. Hiesterman is a member of the American Optometric Association and the Kansas Optometric Association. Dr. Hiesterman and his wife have 4 children. He most enjoys spending time with his family but also enjoys most outdoor activities, hunting and fishing being two of his favorites.
Danielle WelchVP of Growth and Member Development
Danielle brings extensive expertise in marketing, sales, and relationship management to Partners in Profit. As the owner of a marketing agency and with over six years of experience as a Chief Marketing Officer, she specializes in digital marketing, member development, and creating systems & processes that help businesses grow efficiently. When she’s not working, Danielle enjoys life in the Kansas City area with her husband and their four children.
