We’re not consultants. We’re not former practitioners who stepped away from the game. The ODs behind PIP are actively running thriving multi-location practices — and they built this system because they needed it themselves.We specialize in frames and ophthalmic lenses, and we’ve engineered a model that gives independent practices the buying power, vendor relationships, and operational structure to compete and win — without giving up their independence.

Our Process

Step 1

Partners In Profits frames are modeled at no cost to the practice leaving best sellers on the boards, always available to patients.

Step 2

All frames sold by PIP members are boxed and shipped together from the frame vendor directly to our partner labs (Zeiss or GSRx) or your specified lab to expedite.

Step 3

Our lab partners have automated our process and all jobs are completed at the lab and then drop shipped to the office.

Step 4

Because the model is automated and coordinated by all of our frame and lens partners, jobs are completed from fit to dispense usually within 5 days.

Step 5

With our industry-best discounts and frames provided at NO COST many of our members are able to maintain COGS in the low 20% range.
